Loridee De Villa is a Filipino-Canadian author who loves creating humorous Young Adult stories with diverse characters. She is best known for her debut novel, How To Be The Best Third Wheel, which has accumulated more than 2.7 million reads on Wattpad. She started writing HTBTBTW at 14 years old and since then has won the grand prize for the Shaw Rocket Fund Accelerator Program, a Watty award in the Young Adult fiction category, and the 2020 Wattpad Books prize. During the day, she studies various science courses while running on coffee. When she isn't complaining about calculations, she enjoys reading, socializing, art, and travel.
